For anything about your cover, such as questions, changes, renewals, cancellations or claims, please contact your insurer directly. Their phone number and email are in the policy documents that were emailed to you when you bought your policy. We can't make changes to a live policy, so going straight to your insurer is the fastest way to get help.

Have a look in your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for emails from Prompted. If you still can't find them, email us and we'll help you track down which insurer your policy is with.
